Et tu, Leander?

The Leander School Board just hired their first ever chief of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. He was previously the DEI guy across the road in Round Rock ISD. (Both are north Austin suburbs.)

What are odds that, before they hired him, Leander asked the new DEI guy to prove he had improved the climate of RRISD? Did the board ask him to show that his strategies worked in RRISD? Was he able to show that RRISD is now all good on the DEI front? BAHAHAHA.

What are the odds? ZERO.

“I so improved the climate of the last school district that they are no longer in need of my services.”–said NO DEI guy EVER.

What are the odds that Leander School Board set up measurable metrics to judge the DEI guy’s work this next year?

What are the odds? ZERO.

“OK, DEI guy, if you don’t accomplish X,Y, and Z, you will be fired.”–said NO school board EVER.

That’s how we know that the school boards are getting played. The DEI grifters NEVER have to show their work. They NEVER have to give empirical evidence of past success. They NEVER have to set standards for future evaluation.

People, you and I would be FIRED if, as consultants, we could not demonstrate past success or describe measurable future achievement. And we’d be FIRED if we HIRED consultants who had no track record and offered no metrics for measuring success.

But it’s even more insidious. It’s not just that they get to grift off districts with their bullshit. They also get to inject woke progressive politics into the district and turn our children into social-justice activists. It’s not liberalism. It’s not Enlightenment values. It’s collectivism rooted in Marxism.

The Leander DEI guy is big into “reflective practice” where people are “intentional about learning and growing.” He oh-so-sincerely says, “This is something that we can all do and I am eager to join you on our journey.” FU. I do not come to work or send my kid to school to engage in YOUR politics, which are barely hidden in bullshit words like “reflective practice.”

He’s engaging in the same garbage practice as the Eanes DEI guy.

Want to read more about what “reflective practices” mean? The Eanes DEI guy openly explains the political intent of this “work.” He doesn’t care if you’re nicer to your neighbors. He wants to groom racial activists. How do we know: HE SAID SO.

Read here to see where the Eanes DEI guy talks about the reflective practices. He wants to use these reflective practices to “develop [people’s] racial awareness with a hope of transferring that into action that they will then use to transform the organization.” He is grooming racial activists.

That is wrong because it’s not the school’s job to turn kids into progressive racial activists. Plus, every minute spent on stupid, unscientific DEI bullshit is time taken away from real learning.

This is an absolute fiduciary fail on the part of the school boards of Round Rock, Leander, and Eanes. They’re so stupid that they don’t even know they’re being played by far-left woke Marxists who want to tear down everything. (Or maybe they do know…)

Welcome to the club, Leander. What a sad, pathetic place to be.
